Emerging Leaders Honored

In September, four of MRC’s emerging leaders graduated from LeadingAge Texas’ program called, “Leadership Collective.” The program is hosted and designed by the non-profit networking association for senior living providers in Texas. Participants in the year long program are offered a deeper look at the industry with immersive days onsite at various providers across the network. They spend time studying prepared curriculum as a group that is developed to stimulate growth in leadership ability as well as deepen the knowledge base for all things senior living.

Todd Partin, Vice President of Philanthropy and long time LeadingAge Texas member explained, “This is a very prestigious program with a rigorous application process. Only the best of the best are afforded the opportunity to go through the program, making this an impressive distinction for any graduate.”
