1. LOCATIONS
There are 5 properties in the MRC family: Crestview Terrace, Crestview Unity and Crestview Place are in Bryan Texas and Oakview and Bayview are both in LaPorte, Texas.
2. INCOME QUALIFIERS
A resident’s gross annual income must not exceed the HUD income limits. One person cannot make more than $23,000 (Bryan) or $27,600 (La Porte) per year in their gross annual income and two persons cannot earn more than $26,250 (Bryan) or $31,550 (La Porte) in their gross annual income.
3. OTHER ELIGIBILITY FACTORS
An eligible resident is a person 62 years or older or a person 18 years or older who has a qualifying disability. We welcome a big beautiful cross section of humanity, regardless of gender, race, religion, disability or nationality.
4. APPLICATOIN PROCESS
If you wish to apply for residency at multiple MRC Affordable Housing Communities, a separate application is required at each campus. Applications can be downloaded for each campus on our website: Affordable Housing(mrcaff.org)
