Kathy DeLeon was recently named MRC’s Sales Professional of the Year for 2022. DeLeon served as Sales Director at The Langford from 2015 until 2022, with responsibilities for presales while under construction as well as the fill up phase as the building opened its doors in 2017. DeLeon originally joined MRC in 2010 as the Director of Sales at Arbor Oaks at Crestview. She was promoted in early 2023 to Corporate Sales Coach, supporting teams across the state.
